How do I get the Tracking Number of my order?After placing the order and the email address you provided us during the check out, you will receive the email with tracking number after shipping your order.
How can I find the Status of my order?There are 3 options available to check the status of your order
1- You will receive the email with tracking number, you can click on the tracking # and you will get your order’s status.
2- In the same email there is a Blue button called “View your order” click on the button and you will get your order’s shipping status and details.
3- You can find the status of your order by visiting our Track your Order page and put the required information and get the current status.
Yes, you can make changes within 30 minutes after placing your order, “you must need to contact us to our support ASAP at 810-378-0106". Once your order marked shipped, then all details are final and you cannot make any changes.

Do you offer any catalog?We have a "virtual/ Online" catalog. But unfortunately, we do not have any print catalog.
Do you sell over-the-counter medication?Any of the medication that we do sell is “over-the-counter”, which means it can be purchase at any big stores or pharmacy in the United States without requiring a prescription from your doctor.
Do you offer bulk order discounts or reseller programs for businesses?Yes, please go to our Contact Us page and email us the details about your business and the volume of the supplies that you are looking for
Why am I missing an item from my order?We ship from multiple warehouses from multiple locations, mostly when an order includes high quantity of a single item or includes items from more than one manufacturer. There is a possibility that you may receive multiple packages from one or more of our warehouses. If we ship your order from multiple warehouses/locations you will receive more than one emails regarding the shipment of your order, please check your email shipment notification regarding your order status. There may be more than one tracking number associated with your order.
Why didn't I get an order confirmation email after placing the order?Please first check your spam folder or Junk folder some time the emails go to those folders. Please make sure that you receive all the emails from us such as (order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email, Order Deliver confirmation email and other communication emails related to your order) please add our email address “info@OverstockMedicalSupply.com” to your "Address book or contacts list or approved sender’s list". You will receive all the emails from info@OverstockMedicalSupply.com related to your order.
If my Item is on the Back-order, how long will it take to deliver?If your item is on the back-order, we will inform you via email and will let you know the ETA that how long will it take to deliver you. If the back-order item is taking too long, we will offer you alternative brands and items that are available. So you can chose other alternative brands or items Or you can request the refund of your order. Our customer service team will keep you updated via email. When the item becomes available, it will ship out within 1 business day.

Do you take orders over the phone?Yes, we are able to process the orders over the phone. Please call us and we will help you about your order.
What forms of payment are accepted?We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, and PayPal and more payments options also available at check-out.
Unfortunately, We do not accept checks, eChecks, or money orders.
We offer 14 days return from the date of purchase, to make a return, please contact us at info@overstockmedicalsupply.com with your order number via email, and a customer service will assist you regarding your return. Do I have to use PayPal to make a purchase?No, PayPal is not required for purchase. We offer different payment options so the any buyer can buy without a PayPal account. You can see different payment options (credit/debit card and others) at Check-Out page and you can choose any option to complete your order. There will be can still use a valid credit card to make a purchase.
When will the refund appear in my account?We initiate the refund after the return has been arrived at our location and inspected the item(s) “fully processed"). Generally the refunds will appear within 2 - 3 weeks to your account. The exact time-frame is dependent on your financial institutions like Credit Card, Debit Card and others.

What carrier will be handling my order?We usually ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, but exceptions may occur due to geography location.
Do you offer next day shipping options?Unfortunately, we do not offer next day shipping services at this time.
Do you ship to the P.O. Box address?Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take to receive my order?Most of the orders delivered within 1 - 3 business days depend on the destination location.
How are your shipping rates calculated?We charge a standard Flat-Rate shipping fee $7.99. But we offer FREE standard shipping on orders $49 and up.
