Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns of items purchased on OverStockMedicalSupply.com only when they are in their NEW original manufacturer packaging, unopened, and in their new original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not accept any items if they have been opened, tried on, or have been partially used unless the product is proven to be defective and/or damaged.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@overstockmedicalsupply.com. Please note that Returns will NOT be accept without a Contact us and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please first contact us at info@overstockmedicalsupply.com with the following information:
1- Your order number
2- Your Email Address
3- Reason For Return
4- Any Additional Comments

If your return is accepted, issue a RMA and return instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without RNA and first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After receiving your return and inspecting the item then we will issue full refund of the original purchase price, (minus shipping fees and restocking fees) (when applicable) to your original form of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you, and will provide you with everything you need for your return and replacement of your order. We will not be able to refund your purchase if you do not contact us for a return authorization number prior to shipping back the item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items/ Non-Refundable Items:
There are Certain types of items that we are not able to accept returns on due to the hygienic nature of the items, and or applicable laws. like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and Medical Products, All Covid-19 tests are non-returnable and non-refundable). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

There are some products that we sell, Due to the sanitary nature of items, The below sanitary items are not returnable, including but not limited to:
Raised toilet seats and commodes, and toilet frames and accessories
Shower chairs and accessories
Men's health items and pumps, and other accessories
Incontinence items and accessories
Tension bands and accessories,
And other items related to the sanitary nature. We are not able to accept the returns on these items even if they have opened, and but not used yet. If you are uncertain about an item will work for you or not for your needs, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you and finding the correct product for your needs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we always love to help you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
If you received the Damaged item, Broken item, Wrong item upon delivery. The fastest way is to contact us immediately for Exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from us
