Free Shipping:
We offer Free standard shipping on all orders over $49 and up.
NOTE: The order's total must be $49+ after coupons and before the sales tax to qualify. If the order is less than $49, then the standard shipping charges (flat-rate shipping $7.99) will be apply.
We ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the USA.
Unfortunately, At this time, we are unable to ship to or (Do Not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, APO & FPO addresses and certain military addresses).
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide a physical address to prevent any delays.
Shipping Time:
We offer same day-shipping, The same day-Shipping is available if the order received by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time zone. If the order received after 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time zone it will process and ship on next business day. (We do not ship and process on Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays.)
Most orders/items will ship via Standard shipping (UPS, FedEex, USPS). Most of the orders being delivered within the 2 – 3 business days after placing the order. (Some item’s Availability and Delivery Within 3 - 5 Business Days depends on the item's weight and delivery locations).
Signature for delivery:
Maybe some orders required signature confirmation for delivery depends on order's value, weight and size of the orders. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the product on the day it is scheduled to arrive. Tracking information:
After processing and shipping your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email with shipping details and tracking number.
NOTE: If your order includes multiple items, you may receive your order in multiple shipments/Packages in different days, and maybe you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with multiple tracking numbers. It is very important that please put your correct email address when you place the order, so that you will receive all the confirmation emails regarding your order. If you want to make sure that you receive all the emails from us such as (order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email, Order Deliver confirmation email and other communication emails related to your order) please add our email address “info@OverstockMedicalSupply.com” to your "Address book or contacts list or approved sender’s list". All the orders are charged freight unless previous arrangements have been made. The shipping cost will show in the cart during the check-out with minimum order. If your order met the free freight condition and you will get the free freight and you will see the shipping cost will not show in the cart.
International shipping:
At this time we do not offer any international shipping.
